Ordering
Any special care instructions that you have for customers for your art?
Each piece comes with care instructions, which are listed on the back of the artwork. To clean, lightly spritz art surface with water and gently wipe dry with a microfiber cloth. Keep art out of intense sunlight and extreme temperatures. Art is recommended for indoor display purposes only. Do not use Surfboard Art recreationally.
Which materials do you use to create your art?
The primary materials I use to make my art include acrylic paint, ink blends, metallics, and resin. The painting surfaces I use are birchwood art panels and recycled surfboards.
What is your shipping process? (including charges if any)
Orders are typically shipped via UPS. All shipped orders are insured and require signature upon delivery.
WEBSITE PURCHASES FROM ONLINE INVENTORY
If artwork is purchased through my website, shipping is added to the order at checkout.
CUSTOM PIECES
For all custom pieces, shipping is calculated upon completion of artwork, once the total size and weight can be determined.
How many days does it take to deliver, local and internationally?
ORDER PREPARATION
From the time of order placement, order preparation and package take three to five days. Clients will receive an email with a tracking number once their order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Once shipped, California orders typically arrive within one to two days.Delivery of orders to western states typically takes between two and four days. Delivery of orders to midwestern states or east coast states typically takes between three and seven days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery times vary, depending on order size/weight, and delivery destination. Clients may contact me directly for specific details.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund, minus shipping cost. To make a return, please contact me through my website.
How many days does it take to create a custom piece?
Typically, I complete custom artwork within one to three months. In some instances, completion time may extend beyond that estimate, depending on project size/scope.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Yes, I provide a Certificate of Authenticity. It includes a picture of the art, title, size, and description, as well as my signature.
